There was one hell of a punchy ending, but he should have yelled "Falcon [something]!" and his whole body should have participated in the action. It's a bit short, but it doesn't matter if the end is THAT punchy.

Overall pretty awesome.

I think it mentions Winter enough. The guy is mentally ill and Winter makes him even more depressed and hopeless. I liked the drawing style a lot, but the two characters were hardly distinguishable one from the other. The girl's face and dialogue should have been less shaky than the guy's imo.

I'm rating 10 to help it spread the word. NOW WHAT THE FUCK!? They just took some kind of american movie structure and plot and added Dragonball's names and costumes. THEY'RE RAPING MY CHILDHOOD (even though I'm 17 now). Goku is not some cool serious guy. He's an immature man who eats lots of rice bowls. They could have taken teen Gohan if they wanted an angry emo'ish character (sorry Gohan).
