For a first flash, this is definitely good material! And for the music, set it to "stream" instead of event. What it does is "glue" the music to the timeline, so each bit of the song stays clung to its frame. "Event" just glues the beginning of the song to the first frame and the rest of the song just plays no matter on which frame it is. So when a part of the flash plays slower (read: lag), the song continues at its own speed, while the video plays slower for a bit. When it's on stream, the video is forced to follow the song. So when a part is slower, it might skip a frame to keep up with the song.

The quality of the sound is too poor... I had to close it during the second paragraph because it was unbearable... I am not discussing your singing talents, and in fact I can't judge them properly, because like I said the sound quality is crap.
